Crested Butte is calling you.
It’s a stellar location, the place where you want to say your vows and seal the deal. Congratulations! Now you need someone to document the day of all days.

I’ll make this easy for you. Go local.
Yes there are amazing photographers out there who will travel anywhere and everywhere. But no amount of research, Google mapping, or location scouting is going to get you the insiders scoop that 20+ years of local living can deliver. It’s the little things that bring out the real magic of Crested Butte, like borrowing town bikes or finding a secret garden. I’ve got the keys to the kingdom here. Let me open all the doors.

A great experience comes from experience.
Your connection with your wedding photographer matters just as much as the photos do. You need a rock in the whirlwind. You need someone who’s great with families and keeps everyone calm, someone who’s personable, down to earth and fun to be around. This is me.

You know that feeling when you’re doing the EXACT thing you should be doing?
It feels so good. It’s just right. It’s energizing and you get all jazzed instead of feeling drained. Yeah, that’s how I feel every day when I’m photographing happy humans so deep in love. When it comes to the artful eye and attention to details, I live and breathe through my camera.

“But I’m not Photogenic”
I once had a groom who was so nervous about getting photographed he was literally green and I thought he was going to throw up. It took some time and some delicate finagling, but before the ceremony, just after the portrait session, he said he was so comfortable with me that he couldn’t even put into words how much better he felt. To this day, that’s some of the highest praise I’ve ever received.
I’ve never felt so proud to be a part of something so much larger than ourselves than I was this weekend. I am so grateful you brought your energy and your talent to contribute. These shots are so wonderful! —Jeff
